Terms and Conditions of Agreement

 

Many of our vintage items and antiques have slight imperfections due to age and wear. Many of our vintage and antique pieces are one-of-a-kind and subject to availability at the time of the order

Delivery and Pick Up:  (The Painted Table Rentals) TPTR staff member will deliver, set up and pick up all rental items. Pick up is available for small items. A late fee may apply if items are returned after the contracted return time.

Delivery fees are dependent upon distance, quantity and requested services.


For Payment:  A deposit of 50% of the total is due upon ordering to reserve your rental item(s). The remaining 50% plus a refundable deposit is due 10 days prior to the event. Please ask about payment methods.


Damage Deposit:  The Damage Deposit amount is dependent on the type of rental item. Damage Deposits are returned within 24 hrs of the event if the items are returned undamaged. Damaged items will be charged the full replacement fee and subtracted from the deposit. Any remaining deposit will be returned to the client within 10 days of the event. Preferred form of deposit is check, money order, or credit.

Replacement:   If the replacement fee exceeds the deposit amount, the client agrees to pay any additional fees within 30 days of the event. TPTR will inform the client of any additional replacement fees within 10 days of the event. If the client fails to pay any additional fees within 30 days of the event, a late fee of $50.00 will be added to the remaining balance plus $5.00 every day until payment has been made in full.

Cancellation: If cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the event, the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is made between 10 and 30 days prior to the event, the deposit minus 50% will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to the event, no refund on the deposit will be given.

Responsibility: TPTR can not accept liability for any injury or damages involving the rental items and equipment. In the unlikely event that a rental item malfunctions or is damaged during delivery, we will attempt to repair or replace it. The client takes full responsibility for the rental item(s) between the time of delivery and pick up.

Our Inventory and Staff is growing.  Don't be afraid to ask us to source items.  Many inventory items are not listed so please feel free to ask.
